All vehicles were fitted with Bias tyres on split rims

• 4 tube problems
• 5 sidewall stakes
• 3 tread stakes
• 2 shoulder stakes

All tyres were repaired & serviceable but some tubes were replaced

Damaged & destroyed IFS boots – wrapped in tape or replaced with tyre tube
Vehicle stopped dead – engine electrical short – worked around it/manual engine stop
Vehicle starved of fuel – bypassed blocked fuel strainer (poor maintenance)

Water & Other Things

Found a heap of sites that had water even though it was dry. We also found quite a few of what we call "forgotten" rockholes, which we dug out and got water, a pretty successful expedition in all.
