Every so often we have a trip where a lot of things don’t go according to plan, this was such a trip.
Camper Trailer water leak – new hose clamp
Gas struts failed in a vehicle tailgate – stick used to prop it open
Fridge failed – not much could be done
12V-240V Inverter failed – couldn’t do much
Camper Trailer shock absorber bushes failed – replaced with spares
Camper Trailer wheel bearing dry – repacked with grease
Camper Trailer coil spring housing broken – weld repairs
Aluminium Bullbar broke away – removed from vehicle
Vehicle starting problem – added fuel, suspect level indicator problem
1 x tubeless radial puncture – tiny sidewall stake – repaired
1 x tubeless tyre damaged – cut in sidewall – large internal patch

PRINCESS PARROTS, Budgies, Zebra Finches, Cockatiels, Bronzewing Pigeons, Spotted Harriers, Brown Falcon, Wedgetail Eagles, Crimson Chats, Red Rumped Kingfisher, Mulga Parrots, Kestrels, White Winged Trillers, Willy Wagtails, Honeyeaters, Major Mitchell Cockatoos, Galahs, Diamond Doves – these are just the birds I bothered to write in my book.
Water
All rockholes, gnammas & waterholes had water, some more than others. A few are silted up these days but would have water if dug out.
